About O'Hara Healthcare Administration 

My name is Alicia O'Hara and with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare administration, I have developed a strong understanding of the day-to-day demands involved in keeping a busy medical practice organized and running smoothly.

 

Throughout my career, I have worked in medical office administration and have experience with referral coordination and follow-up, EMR systems, administrative workflows, physician support, and the many behind-the-scenes responsibilities that help a practice operate efficiently.

 

I created O’Hara Healthcare Administration Support to provide medical practices across Nova Scotia with access to experienced administrative assistance when they need it. Whether a practice requires temporary coverage, help managing a backlog, support with a special project, or ongoing administrative assistance, my goal is to provide dependable support tailored to the needs of each practice.

 

Services are available remotely or on-site, offering practices flexibility without necessarily needing to add another permanent staff position.
